Edward George Hickson 1837 – 1942 and Lucy Mary Ann 1856 – 1942 were married on February 10th 1879 at Toolleen, Victoria, Australia. The Dawn of Hope was written by Cheryl Grace Payne, née Hickson and was launched at the 1984 Hickson Family Gathering at Toolleen Community Centre.
